Scheduling
She Salon knows that your time is valuable. We strive for excellence in "priority scheduling". We do not schedule more than one guests concurrently with the same stylist for multiple hour services. To that end, We ask all guests to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your service. We cannot guarantee services to guests who arrive 15 minutes or later than their scheduled appointment time. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. An inconvenience fee of $25 will be charged to guests who fail to cancel within 24 hours and to guests that are more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment.
Forms of Payment
Cash
Credit or Debit (3% convenience fee will be added to ALL credit/debit transactions)
Refunds & Returns
No refunds on merchandise or services
Merchandise can be exchanged within 7 days
Adjustments to services must be reserved within 48 hours
After 7 days no exchanges or adjustments are granted
We also reserve the right to refuse service and retain deposits of guests who are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment.
Accompanying Guests and Children
In our efforts to make your experience at She Salon tranquil and comforting, we must ask that children under the age of 12 not accompany you to the salon unless being serviced. Thank you for your cooperation!
